Taking care of health

My Journey to good Health
On April the 27 I underwent a surgery to have a Hernia repaired for the third time. I have met many females of all ages with this problem more then I expected to met.So many young women has come down the a hernia in their stomach. Mine started in 2005 and has been reoccurring ever since. I have had 3 surgery already as I expressed before and they are not getting any easier.
The procedure this time was a lot more easier to deal with then the other two procedures. I had laposcopic surgery this go round. With this procedure I was suppose to heal quicker and suffer less pain and surgery. I am healing well. Unfortunately I did have a setback that ended me up in the hospital for four days.
Let me explain to you about the procedure itself. Well the Dr. cut about six to seven small incisions in your stomach. Then a large piece of mesh is placed inside to cover the hole that in the stomach. First you need to understand that the hernia is a direct result of the intestines being pushed through a hole in my navel. This really causes you bad pain in your abdominal. Because of the size of the mesh it cause my intestines to stop working properly. That is why I had to stay in the hospital for those days.
The symptoms are really easy to recognize. Tender of the stomach, nausea, sensitivity to smell, lost of appetite, and bugles in the belly that hurts when touched. I'm not saying that you have a Hernia, but you do need to have a doctor check you out. I 'm coming along fine and getting back in the groove of things rather quickly. So don't let your health go because you are afraid of what you might discover.

Very informative thank you so much for sharing. I had hernia surgery done on my stomach a few years ago. It is somewhat painful but after the healing is done you are as good as new.
